Our assessments are completed by an elder care case manager and a registered nurse specializing in elderly care. We consider the individual's personal history, personality, current and future healthcare needs, medication and lifestyle and preferences. Our elder care advisors help clients sort through the many care options available today. These options include assisted living adult care communities, Alzheimer's care, nursing homes, respite care, personal adult care homes, homecare, and hospice care. This personalized service is offered at no charge to you.
Once the assessment is complete, we review the services and reputations of facilities within the community. We narrow down the search to a few appropriate options and present the information to you.

We select from a list of assisted living to Adult family senior housing, continuing senior care housing or in-home elder care.
